Role Background:

This role sits at the core of the business, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success. As a Campaign Operations Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Systems teams to ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns. You will play a vital role in campaign planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring, helping to optimise our media inventory and related platforms.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns using Salesforce and Broadsign.
  • Digital Content Management: Oversee digital content deployment via the Broadsign CMS platform.
  • Performance Reporting: Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis across multiple systems, offering data-driven insights.
  • Inventory & System Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of i-media’s portfolio, CRM, and mapping tools to support the sales team with accurate insights.
  • Booking & Administration: Accurately record client bookings and generate reports for the Sales team.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Ensure campaigns are executed effectively by utilizing independent third-party verification tools.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support various operational initiatives to enhance campaign delivery and system efficiency.


Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas).

Role Background:

This role sits at the heart of the finance department reporting into the Management Accountant. This role will provide the right individual with a unique opportunity to be part of a fantastic team and have a significant effect on the future success of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

Campaign Delivery responsibilities  

  • Checking and auditing all campaign booking forms against the booking management systems. 
  • Reviewing all static and digital campaigns that are booked onto Broadsign to ensure playout conditions have been met. 
  • Liaising with Head of Campaign Delivery and Sales team on regular basis to confirm campaign booking process has been executed. 
  • Reviewing all static and digital campaigns that are booked onto Salesforce to ensure finances are allocated correctly and all paperwork is present and matches.

Finance Responsibilities

  • Raising sales invoiced for finalised campaigns and sending out to customers  
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers  
  • Ensuring purchase invoices are checked, approved and processed in a timely manner  
  • Organising payment runs to pay suppliers to agreed terms 
  • Support Management Accountant in preparing monthly management accounts 
  • Ensure that appropriate credit control systems are always maintained. 


Skills and Experience:

  • An ability to be able to prioritise and manage workload 
  • A willingness to learn new systems and help improve their functions for the business 
  • A passion for a working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent administration skills and a competence in Excel (inc. formulas)

on driving programmatic advertising revenue through a network of independent and
bespoke digital buying agencies. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing
a comprehensive sales strategy to drive programmatic OOH and mobile in-app
revenue. You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset, building your own pipeline and
commercial strategy for your assigned patch. Reporting to the Head of
Programmatic, you’ll have the autonomy and support to develop your expertise and
achieve outstanding results

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify high-potential
    independent/boutique digital media agencies.
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow your portfolio of

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
    through strong agency relationship building.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic buying principles, DSPs, SSPs, and how
    they apply to both OOH and mobile in-app advertising.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple accounts
    simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign
