Role Background:
This role sits at the core of the business, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success. As a Campaign Operations Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Systems teams to ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns. You will play a vital role in campaign planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring, helping to optimise our media inventory and related platforms.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns using Salesforce and Broadsign.
- Digital Content Management: Oversee digital content deployment via the Broadsign CMS platform.
- Performance Reporting: Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis across multiple systems, offering data-driven insights.
- Inventory & System Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of i-media’s portfolio, CRM, and mapping tools to support the sales team with accurate insights.
- Booking & Administration: Accurately record client bookings and generate reports for the Sales team.
- Campaign Monitoring: Ensure campaigns are executed effectively by utilizing independent third-party verification tools.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support various operational initiatives to enhance campaign delivery and system efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas).
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and data-checking skills.
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and platforms.
